- Â Click on the ‘Ration Card’ option at the top left of the website.
- Â Now select the ‘Apply Online’ option.
- Â Select the ‘Apply for updation of Mobile number and aadhaar card for already exiting ration card {form-11}’ option immediately after that.
- Â This time a new page will open. Enter the linked mobile number that is already linked on your ration card.
